Position Summary:

We are seeking a

Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator

to join our Orangeville office. This hybrid role combines customer service excellence with dispatch and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing delivery operations while maintaining strong communication with customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary contact for customers inquiries Support dispatch of orders for fuel, propane, and lubricate deliveries. Invoice, batch, file, reconciliation daily transactions Apply bank payments and reconcile customer accounts as needed. Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes for trucks using dispatch and GPS software. Monitor customer tank levels via remote systems to plan proactive deliveries. Update delivery statuses and respond to real-time changes (e.g., weather, traffic). Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, route changes, and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations. Support weekend dispatch operations and logistics coordination.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or logistics. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch/GPS software (training provided). High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics or business is an asset.
