Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service / Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, timely invoicing, and smooth office operations.   • Pay Rate: $21.63 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Location: Scarborough, ON
  • Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm | Monday to Friday
  • Job type: Temporary with possibility of becoming permanent| Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system, ensuring all details-product descriptions, quantities, delivery timelines, and pricing-are correct.
  • Review Bills of Lading and generate invoices using Microsoft Navision (Just Foods).
  • Manage invoice processing and transmission via email or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports, along with ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Support finance leadership with additional tasks as assigned.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring superior service and satisfaction.
  • Perform front desk duties, including greeting visitors and managing reception activities.
  • Handle mail and courier services (UPS, FedEx, Trans Ontario), including sorting and distribution.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain general office housekeeping standards.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in business, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment.
  • Strong multitasking ability and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision) is an asset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
