As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, international exhibitors, and high-profile attendees. You will help ensure a seamless, high-touch experience from initial registration to post-event follow-up.
Duties
Serve as the liaison between LPS and international exhibitors, real estate developers.
Manage client communications (via email, phone, and in person) in a professional, timely manner
Assist with onboarding of exhibitors, including documentation, logistics, and travel coordination
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure client satisfaction is tracked and prioritized
Resolve client inquiries, complaints, or issues with professionalism and urgency
Coordinate with internal teams (event, sales, marketing) to align client experience
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and solutions-driven
Professional demeanor and experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals
Comfortable using CRM, email platforms, and office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
