La Cite Gatineau est a la recherche d'un(e) Specialiste des relations clients dynamique et engage(e) pour rejoindre notre equipe professionnelle. A ce poste, vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos residents et nos clients potentiels, en offrant un service et un soutien exceptionnels. Votre capacite a communiquer clairement, a travailler de facon autonome et a gerer vos taches avec efficacite sera essentielle pour etablir des relations positives et assurer une satisfaction constante. Ce poste convient parfaitement aux personnes qui s'epanouissent dans un environnement dynamique et qui ont a coeur de fournir un service de haut niveau dans un cadre residentiel haut de gamme.

Responsabilites



Interagir avec les residents et les clients potentiels par telephone, courriel et en personne afin de repondre aux demandes et resoudre les problemes rapidement. Fournir des renseignements precis et detailles sur nos proprietes, nos services et nos installations. Analyser les commentaires recus afin d'identifier des tendances et proposer des ameliorations pour optimiser l'experience client. Effectuer des taches de saisie de donnees avec rigueur et maintenir a jour les dossiers des clients et des interactions. Adopter en tout temps une attitude professionnelle et courtoise, notamment en demontrant une excellente etiquette telephonique. Repondre aux demandes d'information concernant la location et promouvoir les services complementaires selon les besoins des clients. Collaborer avec les collegues afin de faire evoluer les processus et d'assurer une experience fluide et satisfaisante. Gerer plusieurs priorites avec efficacite tout en conservant une approche positive et orientee vers les solutions.

Experience et competences requises



Experience prealable en service a la clientele, en hotellerie, en gestion immobiliere ou dans un role similaire axe sur la relation client, un atout important. La maitrise du francais et de l'anglais est fortement souhaitee; les candidats bilingues seront privilegies. Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite. Capacite d'analyse pour comprendre et anticiper les besoins des residents. Aisance avec la saisie de donnees et l'utilisation d'outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM). Experience en vente ou en promotion de services, un atout. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et a collaborer au sein d'une equipe dans un environnement en constante evolution.

La Cite Gatineau is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Relations Specialist to join our professional team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents and prospective tenants, delivering exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate clearly, work independently, and manage tasks efficiently will be essential in fostering positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Duties



Engage with residents and prospects through phone, email, and in-person interactions to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Provide accurate and detailed information about our properties, amenities, and services. Analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the resident experience. Accurately perform data entry and maintain up-to-date records of communications and transactions. Demonstrate professional and courteous conduct in all interactions, including excellent phone etiquette. Assist with leasing inquiries and promote additional services aligned with customer needs and interests. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and deliver a seamless experience. Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.

Experience and Qualifications



Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply; proficiency in English and French is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and anticipate resident needs. Proficient in data entry and comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in upselling or promoting services is an asset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
