What We Need

We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (New Vehicle Acquisition Consultant) who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Customer Relations Specialist (New Vehicle Acquisition Consultant), you will be the primary client contact & owner of the end-to-end vehicle acquisition related activities; from model year planning through delivery of vehicle.

A Day in the Life

Consult with clients on vehicle specifications, best value pricing, vehicle availability and purchasing, processing and delivery alternatives

Develop account strategies and action plans for implementing process improvements that drive best-in-class ordering practices

Provide quotes utilizing life cycle data

Ac as client's internal champion for resolution of ordering-related issues

Attention to detail; entering orders correctly to ensure accurate client vehicle purchases

Respond to and follow-up on client requests (email and phone)

Provide a positive impact within the overall client experience

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required

BS or BA in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

Automotive industry experience highly beneficial

2+ years of business experience with client contact consultation preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Bilingual English/French desired but not required

Ability to work hybrid work schedule in our Mississauga office
