As the Customer Relations Specialist (New Vehicle Acquisition Consultant), you will be the primary client contact & owner of the end-to-end vehicle acquisition related activities, from model year planning through delivery of vehicle.

A Day in the Life
  • Provide acquisition consultation through knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the fleet and automotive industry related to vehicle specifications, vehicle availability and purchasing, processing and delivery alternatives
  • Executes and prioritize day to day requests and activities, complex or routine in accordance with client's acquisitions related policies, procedures, and priorities
  • Takes ownership of client issues, act as initial point of contact for escalations, and applies critical thinking and problem solving/root cause analysis to identify solutions for new vehicle related activities
  • Creates action plan for continual follow-through on tactical activities; establishes a regular rhythm with the client to report on progress
  • Take accountability and ownership in becoming the clients' internal champion for resolution of ordering-related issues
  • Facilities handoffs to other teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in day-to-day order management of the client's acquisition needs.
  • Develop account strategies and action plans for implementing process improvements that drive best-in-class ordering practices for strategic customers
  • Collaborate with FPS Partners, Leads, Managers, Commercial Executives on new vehicle replacement strategies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years consultative customer experience
  • Bilingual (French/English) - 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application.
  • Ability to work hybrid work arrangement in our Mississauga office
