Sterling Rivers is growing and we're looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations, customer service, and order management. This full-time role is based at our North York office: 200-1245 Caledonia Road.
In this role, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly by processing orders, resolving issues, and focusing on detail, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional experience. We're looking for someone who understands the flow of online retail operations and can manage multiple moving parts with confidence. If you enjoy variety in your day, care deeply about getting the details right, and like solving problems before they become problems, we'd love to hear from you.
