Job Description

Sterling Rivers is growing and we're looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations, customer service, and order management. This full-time role is based at our North York office: 200-1245 Caledonia Road.



In this role, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly by processing orders, resolving issues, and focusing on detail, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional experience. We're looking for someone who understands the flow of online retail operations and can manage multiple moving parts with confidence. What You'll Be Doing



Order Managing & Fulfillment:



Accurately process a high volume of orders using EDI and internal systems Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time for each client Cross-check order details to ensure they are inline with our client agreements Coordinate with our warehouse to ensure on time order fulfillment

Freight Coordination:



Schedule freight pickups in advance to ensure orders are shipped on time Plan and organize the freight requirements for the week based on order volume

Product & Client Data Management:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases Report inventory levels multiple times per day to our clients Monitor product visibility and performance, ensuring accurate listings and identify potential issues that could affect sales or visibility Optimize product visibility by sponsoring items through keyword and product campaigns, aiming to achieve a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Customer Service & Communication:



Respond to customer service inquiries with professionalism, clarity and efficiency Review client requests and provide replacement part services to minimize returns and maximize customer experience Provide an exceptional customer experience that leaves a positive, lasting impression while responding to multiple support tickets and inquiries daily Communicate regularly with clients and join meetings as needed to provide updates and operational support

Sales & Performance Insights:



Analyze sales performance and inventory metrics on our client's website Track and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns with clients to drive sales and visibility

What You Bring

1 to 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or eCommerce environments, confidently managing day-to-day processes with accuracy and accountability A college diploma, university degree, or related discipline is preferred Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus A keen eye for process improvement and a proactive problem-solving mindset Experience with order processing systems; EDI knowledge is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively A collaborative, proactive approach--you anticipate challenges and address them before they arise
