This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for those who enjoy face-to-face interactions, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that make their lives easier. You will play an important role in introducing Rogers residential services through friendly, approachable conversations that leave a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

Connect with homeowners to introduce a variety of Rogers residential services including Internet, TV, Wireless, Home Phone, and Home Security. Build trust quickly by listening, identifying customer needs, and recommending the right solutions. Manage relationships with assigned customers while also generating new opportunities within your designated community or territory. Represent Rogers at residential campaigns, local promotions, and community events to build awareness and engagement. Collaborate with your team and manager to achieve both individual and team performance goals.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of meeting new people. A customer-first approach with the ability to create positive, lasting connections. Adaptability, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, results-driven role. Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends. Comfort working outdoors in residential communities. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or communications is an asset, but not required - full training is provided.
