What You'll Be Doing



As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of Rogers Communications, delivering exceptional service and driving customer engagement. Your mission? Make every interaction count by:

Sparking meaningful conversations with customers to uncover their needs and match them with the perfect Rogers solutions Driving product awareness and sales with confidence, clarity, and a personal touch Keeping tabs on your performance and use data to sharpen your strategy and boost results Staying sharp by keeping up with the latest Rogers offerings, promotions, and service updates Building genuine relationships with customers that go beyond the transaction Crushing weekly goals and celebrate your wins because success here is recognized and rewarded Solving basic service issues on the spot and know when to escalate for a smooth customer experience Sharing ideas, insights, and energy with your team to keep the momentum going strong
