Position: B2B Customer Service Associate
Location: Vaughan, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site 5 days per week
About the Role:
Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a B2B Customer Service Associate with manufacturing or distributor experience to join their Vaughan team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver professional support in a B2B environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries and requests via phone and email.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up with business clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Navigate ERP and CRM systems to manage customer accounts and transactions.
- Support day-to-day customer service operations as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year working in manufacturing or distributor environment
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (B2B experience preferred).
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is an asset.
- Strong technical skills with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
