What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism
• Answering product questions and guiding customers to the right solutions
• Operating the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handling payments, returns, refunds, and gift card transactions
• Keeping the retail area clean, stocked, and visually inviting
• Checking labels and signage for accuracy and assisting with restocking
• Supporting team members across departments when needed
• Following health and safety protocols to maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace

What We're Looking For:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Interest or basic knowledge of gardening products is an asset
• Friendly and courteous with a customer-first approach
• Confident operating a POS system and handling transactions accurately
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season
• Able to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
