About the role We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Customer Accounts Agent to join our growing team!
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here:
As a passionate Customer Accounts Agent, you will be supporting our National Accounts team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and brokers. With experienced customer service skills, you will be responding to phone and email inquiries in a call center environment, while processing miscellaneous insurance policy account receivable related tasks. Including strong analytical skills, detail oriented and you enjoy working in a collaborative service-based environment. Join a team dedicated to innovation and service excellence.   • Providing insightful and helpful advice to customers and brokers on billing-related questions.
  • Understanding our customer needs and offering appropriate guidance about their payment plans.
  • Enhancing the customer experience by promoting self-service tools and guiding clients through practical use of our digital billing tools.
  • Processing billing transactions and payments in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensuring accuracy and high standard of work for all accounts receivable tasks.

What you bring to the table:
  • Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 making things simple for our clients and brokers.
  • Technology savviness - you are proficient with computer applications, and excellent at data entry.
  • Compelling customer service attitude \xe2\x80\x93 to maintain favourable business relationships.
  • You are detailed oriented and able to organize and prioritize workload.
  • You can work autonomously.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
  • Bilingual (French and English) a strong asset - Requires answering calls and providing service to French and English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
Please note this is a full-time position with a fixed start date of January 22, 2024 and requires mandatory attendance for 4 consecutive weeks of training starting on the first day of employment.
After training, this position requires candidates to be available to work full-time, 5 days per week during our hours of operation as follows:

7:30 AM to 6:00 PM \xe2\x80\x93 Monday to Friday (based on availability)
Occasional Statutory Holidays or Saturdays (based on business needs)
