With experienced customer service skills, you will be responding to phone and email inquiries in a call center environment, while processing miscellaneous insurance policy account receivable related tasks. Including strong analytical skills, detail oriented and you enjoy working in a collaborative service-based environment. • Providing insightful and helpful advice to customers and brokers on billing-related questions.
• Understanding our customer needs and offering appropriate guidance about their payment plans.
• Enhancing the customer experience by promoting self-service tools and guiding clients through practical use of our digital billing tools.
• Processing billing transactions and payments in accordance with company policy.
• Ensuring accuracy and high standard of work for all accounts receivable tasks.

Please note this position requires candidates to be available to work full-time, 5 days per week during our hours of operation as follows:
7:30 AM to 6:00 PM \xe2\x80\x93 Monday to Friday (based on availability)
Occasional Statutory Holidays or Saturdays (based on business needs)What you bring to the table:

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience
• Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 making things simple for our clients and brokers. Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
• Technology savviness - you are proficient with computer applications, able to work with multiple programs at once, and excellent at data entry.
• Compelling customer service attitude \xe2\x80\x93 to maintain favourable business relationships.
• You are detailed oriented and able to organize and prioritize workload.
• You can work autonomously.
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Assets:

• Bilingual (French and English) a strong asset - Requires answering calls and providing service to French and English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Experience working within a call centre environment.
• Experience working in a Work-from-home/hybrid environment.

Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity: $37,900.00 - $56,900.00What we offerWorking here means you\'ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
