Responsibilities:



Preparing and maintaining work station Menu engineering Setting up system's and SOP's Following recipes and presentation specifications Preparing and cooking meats to the correct temperature Ensure orders are completed within the specified time frame without sacrificing quality Keeping menu and ingredient knowledge Maintaining clean and organized stations Helping other staff members when requested Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned or required.

Qualifications:



1-2 years of cooking experience. A passion for food Bar India food knowledge is an asset. Good knowledge of knife skills, Butchery and professional cooking. Ability to work calmly under pressure. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
