Position Overview



As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a key role in assisting students with inquiries, course registrations, and general administrative processes. You will be responsible for managing student interactions through phone, email, and web chat, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

: This is a work-from-home position, not a work-from-anywhere opportunity. The successful candidate must have access to a quiet, secure home office setup, including reliable internet, and must be based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance. Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, offering accurate information on courses, exams, and program details. Assist students with course and exam registrations, ensuring smooth enrollment processes. Execute various administrative tasks to support students from initial enrollment through program completion. Maintain a high level of service by addressing and resolving student concerns efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills



1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an education-related environment. Ability to communicate fluently in French is an asset, though not mandatory. We welcome applications from English-only candidates. Strong ability to work in a remote work environment. Proven ability to handle high-volume processing in a fast-paced environment. Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a sense of urgency in problem resolution. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task. Proficient in Windows-based systems and online customer service/administration tools. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred. Willingness to adapt to change and take initiative in improving processes.

Compensation and Benefits:



The CSR role salary range is $38,500 to $42,500/yr commensurate with experience, skills, education, and training. Eligible for health insurance benefits and profit sharing bonuses after three months of employment. Primarily a work from home opportunity.

Home Office Requirements



As this is a work-from-home position, candidates must have the following:

A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. A reliable high-speed internet connection. The ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to internet and computer performance.
