Position Overview
As a full time permanent Customer Service Representative in our Distribution Centre, you will provide product information, support customers, resolve their purchase inquiries, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery coordination. Your role is essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding tire and wheel products, pricing, stock availability, and order status
Provide technical information based on customer needs (e.g., tire size, seasonal suitability)
Process orders accurately in the system and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely fulfillment of orders
Support product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with the company policies
Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and urgency
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, current promotions, and new product lines
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer experiences excellent service
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Maintain exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication--both verbal and written--when engaging with a diverse customer base
Assist walk-in customers as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in automotive, tire, or parts distribution
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Suites
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Experience working in a tire shop, parts counter, or automotive service environment
Familiarity with logistics, shipping, and warehouse operations
