Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Customer Service Representative

to join our growing domestic services team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Mandarin (Cantonese a strong asset), possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about supporting clients with their cleaning, moving, and home service needs. This is a full-time role with

Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via WeChat, RedBook (Xiaohongshu), phone, or other platforms in a courteous and professional manner Coordinate service appointments, assign staff, and follow up on service progress Maintain clear and accurate records through basic spreadsheet and system data entry Handle post-service feedback and resolve basic customer issues Support service scheduling logistics and communicate effectively with team members Contribute to a smooth and trustworthy client experience through timely communication Maintain professionalism while following internal guidelines and communication standards

Requirements



Fluent in English & Mandarin (required);

Cantonese is a plus

Basic English communication skills Familiar with tools like WeChat, RedBook (Xiaohongshu), and messaging apps Detail-oriented, patient, and service-minded Prior experience in customer service or home service industries preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
