Position: Customer Service Representative



We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured, collaborative environment, working closely with seasoned colleagues who will provide guidance and support to foster professional growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate, qualify, and manage leads to expand the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Research potential customers and identify key decision-makers to develop new business opportunities. Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders promptly and accurately. Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage leads, customer accounts, and sales activities effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer support and RSM's to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Proactively identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).



Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales role. Proven experience in lead generation and managing a sales pipeline. Familiarity with electrical cable products and/or industrial automation solutions. "preferred but Not required." Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in the MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel. Strong computer aptitude and the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly. Bilingual: English and French.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.

Contract Type:

Full-Time.



Compensation:

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
