Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role combines CRM management, marketing support, lead operations, ecommerce coordination, and sales enablement to drive revenue growth and optimize customer engagement across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Marketing
Maintain and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Execute email marketing campaigns, automation sequences, and drip campaigns
Segment customer databases for targeted marketing initiatives
Create and manage marketing workflows and lead nurturing sequences
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Lead Management & Operations
Route incoming leads to appropriate sales team members
Implement lead distribution protocols to ensure balanced workload allocation
Track lead progression through the sales funnel and identify bottlenecks
Maintain lead database hygiene and conduct regular data cleanup
Ecommerce Store Management
Update product listings, pricing, and inventory information across ecommerce platforms
Coordinate with product and marketing teams for new product launches
Monitor website performance metrics and user experience indicators
Manage promotional campaigns and discount code implementation
Ensure product descriptions and images are optimized for conversions
Sales Support & Reporting
Distribute leads to sales team members based on territory, expertise, or capacity
Track sales team performance metrics and lead conversion rates
Create comprehensive reports on sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and team productivity
Maintain sales collateral and ensure teams have updated marketing materials
Coordinate between marketing and sales teams to optimize lead handoff processes
Analytics & Reporting
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing, sales, and ecommerce channels
Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements
Create dashboards for real-time monitoring of critical metrics
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-3 years of experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or sales operations
Proven experience with lead management and sales processes
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms Microsoft 365
Experience with marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Bigcommerce, or similar)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management
Experience with analytics tools.

This position reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Sales Directors, and IT team to ensure seamless operations across all customer touchpoints.
