We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Admin and Marketing assistant to support our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, client communication, transaction coordination, marketing, and listing management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm showings
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and maintain client databases
- Prepare documents such as listing agreements, purchase agreements, and disclosures
- Make outbound calls to leads looking to buy or sell real estate
Marketing & Listings
- Create and post property listings on MLS and social media
- Coordinate photography, staging, and signage
- Assist with open house preparation and marketing campaigns
- Transaction Coordination
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance throughout the buying/selling process
- Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties
- Organize and manage transaction documents from contract to close
Client Service
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Prior real estate or administrative experience is a plus
- Familiarity with MLS systems, DocuSign, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Must be self-motivated, dependable, and have a positive attitude
- Real estate license is preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $16.24-$18.24 per hour
