Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated

Criminal Lawyer

to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a wide range of criminal matters and represent clients at all levels of court.

Due to a significant

shortage of lawyers in the Rainy River District

, this role presents a

unique opportunity to establish a full and active legal practice in a short period of time

. The demand for legal services in the region is high, offering exceptional long-term growth potential.

While the primary focus is criminal law, there is also the opportunity to work in additional areas of practice, including:

Real Estate Law

Commercial Law

Wills and Estates

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in criminal proceedings at all court levels Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and legal opinions Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies Provide sound legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
