Crew Chief duties include:

\xc2\xb7 Leading a crew performing oilfield and pipeline construction and all other types of field surveying;

\xc2\xb7 Completion of survey calculations; and

\xc2\xb7 Communication with clients, field representatives and site supervisors.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Previous surveying experience.

\xc2\xb7 Valid Class 5 driver\'s license (abstract required at the time of interview).

\xc2\xb7 Willingness and availability to work a varied schedule based on client demands. This may include working in remote locations, rotational schedules and extended workdays (overtime eligible).

\xc2\xb7 Travel out of town will be required.

\xc2\xb7 Safety training (i.e. H2S, First Aid, ATV, etc.) is required and will be provided as needed.

\xc2\xb7 Compliance with our drug and alcohol policy, which includes screening, is mandatory.

\xc2\xb7 Physical ability to perform the requirements of the job.

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to work in all types of weather conditions.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with all facets of oilfield surveying; including but not limited to wellsite surveys, pipeline surveys and line locating.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced operator of Total Station and GPS technology.

\xc2\xb7 Preferred Candidates will have:

o Degree or Diploma in Geomatics from a recognized technical school.

o Experience in midstream pipeline construction surveys.

o Multidisciplinary background including oilfield, municipal and construction surveys.
