What your day and week could look like Reporting to the Credit Manager, a Credit Analyst plays an essential role in executing on risk strategy while weighing situational risk and issuing quality approvals that expand our portfolio. This includes:

• Reviewing and adjudicating vehicle loan applications by assessing customer\'s credit worthiness based on credit history, affordability, and collateral valuation
• Ensuring loan applications are decisioned accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures
• Conducting preliminary validation of application details
• Communicating with dealers and sales team regarding active applications over the phone and through email
• Answering and responding promptly to inbound calls from dealer partners for prime credit activities.
• Making outbound calls to dealer to obtain additional information regarding applications and negotiate the terms of credit approval.
• Balancing your attention between new applications, resubmissions, and any rush requests
• Handling all customer requests with service excellence in a timely manner
• Working in a face-paced environment to achieve departmental service level goals.
• Displaying a commitment towards teamwork and collaboration.

Additional Information

• Priority will be given to candidates with availability and flexibility to weekday shifts from 8:00 a.m. and midnight EST and/or weekend shifts from 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST.
