Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Credit Analyst II / III (depending on experience) to work at a Business Banking Center (where they reside), supporting other regions remotely. The successful candidate should expect work in the office 100% (training and development), until fully proficient, and then would be eligible for flex arrangement - 3 days in the office/2 days at home. Travel to the regions being supported will be minimal.

Reporting to the Market Director - Commercial Banking, your primary goal is to provide our business bankers with administrative and analytical support so they can focus on shaping our members financial fitness.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide a broad range of administrative credit support to Commercial Relationship Officers/Managers
• Preparing credit investigations, security inspections and searches
• Ensuring all documentation is completed and accurate
• Assisting members with loan and deposit inquiries
• Communicating information accurately to members and team members
• Preparing commercial loan renewals
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements
• Completing ratio analysis and understanding what each ratio means
• Ensuring a high level of member satisfaction by assisting with inquiries, following up as necessary, and understanding the members finances to recommend the most valuable products and services

Requirements

• Previous 2 to 3 years banking experience as a Credit Analyst , Associate Financial Advisor or Financial Advisor or Member Service Representative
• Experience reading financial statements
• Detail oriented
• Service Oriented
• Located in one of the Business Banking Operation cities including: Calgary, Innisfail, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grand prairie, Lloydminster, St Paul, Stony Plain, Reed Deer, Lethbridge

Education and Training:

• Minimum Grade 12 with combination of education and practical experience
• Business Degree or Diploma considering an asset
• Diploma in Business Administration or Management with courses in legal terminology or business law is preferred
