Job Description

Summary of responsibilities

• Handle Interco accounts - work with internal stakeholders

• Month end reporting

• Work with banks and internal credit analysts on buy back agreements and subordination agreements

• Monthly renewals for our securities (research and requesting renewals internally)

• Legal file tracking

• Reporting for monthly AR reviews

• Help Credit Manager with account closing transactions

• Other ad hoc reports and projects as needed

Qualifications

Must Have

• 1- 3 years of credit experience
• Month end reports - accuracy
• Experience running aging reports
• Working with credit documents
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Pivot tables, H&V lookup, formulas
• Experience with an ERP system
• Pulling data

Nice to Have

• SAP Experience
• B2B Collections experience
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
