Today, customers have so many choices of retailers to purchase from. Compelling graphic design and advertising have become even more important to grab a customer\xe2\x80\x99s attention and bring them to a retailer\xe2\x80\x99s brick-and-mortar location or website. We are looking for an experienced CREATIVE MANAGER to help drive traffic to our stores and website.

Your objectives:

• Provide strategic insights to the graphic design team, enhancing designs and elevating the KENT brand.
• Oversee the KENT flyer program in traditional and digital formats.
• Manage the KENT store signage program for promotional, permanent and renovation signage.
• Lead KENT\'s traditional advertising strategy, including channels like radio and newspaper advertising.
• Achieve key marketing and sales KPIs.
• Collaborate and negotiate with vendors, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers.

Qualification and skills:

• University Degree, Diploma, or related education in Marketing or similar field.
• 5 years of experience executing traditional and digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Experience or education in graphic design is considered an asset.
• Must have previous experience managing a team.
• Enjoy and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative, highly organized, self-motivated person
• Bilingual (English and French) an asset.
