• Communicate our brand and bring concepts to life that inspire, inform, and captivate our target audience. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
• Bring to life our brand philosophy into traditional assets such as magazine advertisements, catalogs, brochures, sales and merchandising material, etc
• Develop the corporate image for our digital assets including our website (Mockup design), digital advertisements, landing pages, newsletters, etc.
• Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
• Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations

Qualifications

• University degree, certificate or DEC in graphic design;
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (print and digital);
• 2+ years designing specifically for the web and digital;
• Knowledge of Figma;
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation, being a trend-setter;
• Ability to meet deadlines and to work with deadlines;
• Ability to manage several projects with autonomy and rigor;
• Analytical thinking and conceptualization skills;
• Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
• Great attention to detail;
• Team spirit;
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English (bilingual).
