As a business lead, you will take account ownership by driving operational efficiencies and service excellence. A leader who can oversee all aspects of the development and execution of multimedia marketing plans. A stronger communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills who can build trusting relationships with agency partners, clients, and team members

What is a day in a life of a Creative Account Supervisor at theturnlab?
You will spend your day planning, developing and delivering on multimedia marketing plans by leading and managing the strategic process and providing ongoing strategic leadership. With your solid analytical and problem-solving skills in conjunction with your superior client management skills, you will be the champion for the agency by consistently offering new solutions to current clients that can expand their scope of work with the agency, while proactively seeking out and identifying opportunities for organic growth. In summary, you will:

  • build and maintain superior client relationships (marketing manager and director of marketing level);
  • lead mid-level direct reports to focus on diving deep into client’s business and industries and to stay on top of current trends;
  • lead client presentation and work closely with project managers in preparation as needed;
  • liaise with the project management team to ensure flawless execution of day-to-day projects and provide information as needed from the client’s business and industry;
  • coach and mentor team to achieve career and performance goals;
  • track and report client profitability regularly;
  • keep senior management informed at a high level, on an ongoing basis;
  • identify potential insights to solve client business problems;
  • participate in new business as needed; and
  • represent the agency at occasional corporate functions.

What value will you bring to our team?
You will have a post-secondary education coupled with a minimum of five years of marketing or advertising experience with at least five years of experience leading accounts in an agency environment. With your exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills, you can build trusted client relationships with ease. You are a natural leader who can take charge to ensure client needs are identified and recommendations/solutions are brought to life. You have the ability to balance the need to work independently and collaboratively with others to deliver results. Furthermore, you will have:
  • strong computer skills;
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • strong presentation and verbal communication skills coupled with solid interpersonal skills;
  • creative and out of the box thinker who is detailed oriented and strives to achieve results;
  • an organizer with strong time management skills who can meet tight deadlines;
  • strong leadership skills to develop and mentor others to achieve high performance;
  • an independent worker who is also is seen as a collaborator and team player; and finally,
  • a strategic and conceptional thinker.
