And lucky you, you\'ll have Marie as your future manager! She has been working at Creaform for 5 years as a Business Partner and for the past 2 years as the Business Partner Manager. She is known for her kindness and generosity.

A typical day with Marie and the HR team:
  • Perform various administrative steps in the hiring process
  • Ensure the update, compliance, and integrity of HR directory data and records
  • Manage and monitor employee benefits and disability files
  • Act as a point of reference for employees
  • Monitor HR indicators and complete monthly reports
  • Participate in the development and revision of various HR management programs and policies within the company
  • Liaise with external partners, such as insurance providers, and ensure compliance with legislation
  • Manage events (registration tracking, payment tracking, logistics, invoicing, etc.) and represent Creaform|Ametek at job fairs
  • Support the talent acquisition team in job postings
  • Accompany and advise employees and managers throughout the work permit process
  • Follow up rigorously and proactively on tasks related to work permits
  • Establish and maintain an effective partnership with immigration lawyers to ensure knowledge transfer and process efficiency
  • Represent the HR department and actively participate in the occupational health and safety committee (OHS); propose and implement initiatives
  • Complete documentation required in accordance with legislation and Ametek requirements
