Further information is available at www.bgis.comSUMMARYReporting to the Manager, Client Services, the CR Operations Analyst is part of the Brand & Communications team within the NA Mobility Marketing organization, with a focus on Mobility Canada.This position directly controls a Marketing budget ($750K) and manages key vendor contracts.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProject Planning and Management:

  • Manage the development, production, and distribution of Sales Planner-related print creative, promotional material, point-of-sale signage, hardware, and displays across all retail locations, with the support of agency partners.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers and the Brand & Communications team to align marketing and communications initiatives with broader retail goals and strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage the Critical Path (stakeholder guide) and promotional timelines to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Ensure all promotional content and materials adhere to brand standards across all communication channels and formats.
  • Act as a focal point for Local Area Marketing campaigns supporting new business initiatives, including new store openings, rebuilds, and associated retail expansions (e.g., liquor stores and vape shops).
  • Support marketing execution enhancements by maintaining strong relationships with engineering and design teams on the evolution of store design.
Coordination with Stakeholders
  • Serve as the central point of contact between Category Managers, agency partners, and suppliers involved in the design, development, and deployment of Sales Planner initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues impacting project timelines or quality.
Retail Signage and Marketing Asset Management
  • Oversee and maintain all retail signage and marketing assets, ensuring they remain current, relevant, and compliant with brand guidelines.
  • Partner with design and creative teams to refresh legacy materials and develop effective in-store marketing visuals.
  • Support team members on local marketing projects (e.g., individual site decal applications, system profile corrections).
Asset Tracking and Reporting
  • Track all in-market marketing assets and monitor their performance and effectiveness.
  • Proactively manage fulfillment requirements to meet customer and operational needs within budget.
Budget Management
  • Manage the annual SPA budget, ensuring proper tracking and reporting of monthly activity (e.g., actual spend vs. budget, accruals, invoice reconciliation).
  • Partner with management to ensure budget adherence throughout the year.
  • Utilize internal systems to create purchase orders, process invoices, and track financials.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSBrand & Communications CR Operations must have:
  • - Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent experience.
  • -TM experience an asset.
  • - Ability to manage relationships effectively, especially with internal stakeholders, suppliers, agencies and key strategic partners.
  • - Ability to manage several projects at once.
  • - Great attention to detail.
Business Skills
  • - Knowledge of marketing principles.
  • - Understanding of Mobility business and loyalty programs.
  • - Project management skills.

  • - Working knowledge of GSAP and Hive9 an asset
In addition
  • Requirement to be in the office minimum of 3 times per week to engage face to face with all CR stakeholders
  • Occasional travel required
  • Drivers License requires
