We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to enhance our network and server infrastructure. In this role, you will support and optimize computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure high performance and reliability. Your skills in networking, server, and SCCM administration will be crucial in maintaining our IT infrastructure\'s availability and security compliance.   • Participates in daily operational support and service delivery of IT infrastructure by monitoring and responding to incidents and changes via the internal ticketing system.
  • Administers user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage assignments according to best practices for privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Participates in the management and deployment of servers, printers, networking equipment, supports workstation imaging and automation, IP telephony, and backup systems.
  • Maintains inventory of installed software, hardware, and components in the IT Asset Management system.
  • Acts as a liaison between staff and the IT department to resolve issues and ensure proper documentation, resolution, and closure of tickets.
  • Creates and maintains all relevant documentation.
  • Promotes and champions best practices, security policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Competencies
  • CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, MCP certification(s) considered an asset.
  • 3+ Years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching: Administration of Cisco L3 switches, Wireless Controllers, Cisco ISE.
  • 3+ years of experience with administration of Windows Server operating systems, Group Policy & Active Directory administration.
  • 3+ years of experience with Virtualization: Administration of VMware vSphere, HyperV.
  • 3+ years of experience with SCCM administration: Creation of packages/applications, O/S Task Sequences, Baselines, PowerShell scripting, Reporting.
  • 5+ years of working technical knowledge of Networking, Operating Systems, Dell PC Hardware, Cisco IP Phones, and current systems.
