We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and financial services, with expertise in various accounting software. As a CPA, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support our organization's goals.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
Conduct account reconciliations, including bank reconciliation, to maintain accurate financial records.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Perform budgeting and forecasting activities to assist in strategic planning.
Provide auditing services to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial documents.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, for efficient data management.
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with corporate finance teams to support financial decision-making processes.
Maintain organized bookkeeping practices for all financial transactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is required.
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, and Xero,
Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and practices.
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and auditing processes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and reconciliations.
Knowledge of budgeting techniques and financial forecasting methods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
