Are you a CPA who thrives in a supportive, high-performing environment? Do you want to take the next step in your career with a firm that values balance, flexibility, and leadership development? We're expanding our Toronto office and are looking for an experienced Manager to help lead the charge.
About Us
Our main office is located in Muskoka, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and the calm of cottage country. It's a setting that fosters focus, meaningful work, and strong team bonds. Over the years, we've built a reputation for technical excellence and exceptional client service, all while maintaining a genuine commitment to work-life balance.
Now, we're bringing that same energy and culture to our growing Toronto office. As a Manager, you'll play a key role in building the team, shaping the office culture, and delivering top-tier service to clients across a range of industries.
What You'll Do
As a Manager, you'll oversee assurance and tax engagements, guide junior team members, and act as a key point of contact for clients. You'll be responsible for:
Leading audit, review, compilation, and tax engagements from planning through completion
Reviewing working paper files, financial statements, and tax returns (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5)
Mentoring and supervising staff, providing on-the-job training and formal feedback
Managing client relationships and ensuring timely communication and proactive service
