Job Overview

Soul Prism Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experienced Couples Therapist as an independent contractor to join our growing practice.

The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and passionate about helping families and couples navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and build secure relationships. We are especially interested in therapists who can support clients from various backgrounds and diverse communities with an integrative approach that blends evidence-based modalities with a deep understanding of relational dynamics. The role is hybrid, with both virtual and in-person availability required, and includes access to our full practice infrastructure, including marketing, referrals, and administrative support.

Basic Requirements:

??Master's degree or higher in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field ??Registered and in good standing with a regulatory body (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW) ??Minimum 2 years of experience providing therapy to couples and/or families ??Training in modalities such as EFT, Gottman Method, IFS, Narrative Therapy, or similar approaches ??Trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens

Pay: $130.00-$150.00 per hour
