Registered Psychotherapists (RP) or Registered Social Workers (RSW)

couples therapy, family therapy and parent support work.

Must Have Requirements:
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.- please only apply if you have
COMPLETED
your master's level training.
MUST BE FULLY QUALIFIED (
not accepting RPQ'S

Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW.
Have your own Professional Liability Insurance
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, specifically in
couples therapy and/or Family Therapy
and marriage counselling.
Formal training in at least one
evidence-based relational or family therapy model
, such as: EFT, Gottman, PACT, RLT (couples) or EFFT, Structural Family Therapy, Bowen, Narrative, Systemic,
Parent Coaching/Parent Support
(family/parenting)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Ability to provide (In-person) & Online Sessions
Able to work independently with good time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training in
Parenting Support or Parent Coaching
(e.g., EFFT parent work, PCIT, parent psychoeducation programs).
Training in
ADHD- informed Couples Therapy, Perinatal mental health, sex therapy or Family of Origin work.
Experience working with
diverse couples and Families (multicultural, LGBTQ+, blended families).
Familiarity with
attachment-based
,
trauma-informed
, and
systems-oriented approaches.
Comfort working with
high-conflict couples
or
families
and themes such as
betrayal, divorce/separation, or life transitions
Comfort integrating
mindfulness
,
somatic awareness
, or
emotion regulation tools
Experience with
trauma-focused models
(e.g., EMDR, CPT, IFS).
Fluency in a second language (e.g.,

Expectations:
Available to provide a
minimum of 15 client hours per week
, including
two in-person
shifts
one
evening
per week (3-9 pm) and
one weekend
(Saturday/ Sunday).
Maintain accurate client documentation
(e.g., progress notes) in compliance with CRPO/OCSWSSW guidelines.
Monitor your schedule, email, and team messages regularly
Manage client appointment arrival & payment in Jane scheduling software
Own supervision (if needed)
Equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and the computer hardware necessary to conduct online video therapy sessions
