Registered Psychotherapist, Social Worker - Fully Virtual (Evenings, 10-15 hrs/wk)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate

Therapist

to join our growing practice. This is a

part-time role (10-15 hours/week, evenings)

. This role is ideal for therapists who are excited to be part of a developing practice and open to building their caseload alongside our growth.

Key Details:

Support clients using trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive practices

Maintain accurate clinical notes and uphold confidentiality standards

Collaborate with the Healing Cycles Therapy team on workshops, healing circles, and community offerings (optional, if of interest)

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay aligned with best practices in trauma-informed care

Compensation:

Starting at $90 per hour (commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities:

Utilize evidence-based modalities such as

EMDR, IFS, Somatic , DBT, EFT

, and trauma-informed approaches to support clients through various mental health challenges. Complete comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document client progress in accordance with professional standards. Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Participate in weekly supervision with the clinic owner. Collaborate on potential group work opportunities (if interested) Maintain your own schedule and client communications.

Requirements:

Registered Social Worker (RSW), Registered Psychotherapist (RP), or equivalent.

Liability Insurance:

Must have own professional liability insurance. Interest in trauma-informed, anti-racist, holistic wellness and culturally affirming practice. Comfortable with virtual therapy platforms. Interest in developing group/community work is a plus.
