Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet

all

of the following criteria to be considered:

Completion of an M.A., Psy.D., or Ph.D. in Clinical, Counselling, or School Psychology; Clinical Social Work; Counselling or Psychotherapy from a recognized/accredited institution Applicants must be a Canadian citizen and legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application. We are unable to sponsor work visas or support work permit applications Full registration and good standing with one of the following Ontario colleges: College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) (Applicants in Supervised Practice and working toward full registration will also be considered) College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) Post-graduate experience providing therapy and/or assessment services Strong written and verbal communication skills Thorough knowledge of the ethical and legal standards in mental health practice Strong organizational and time management skills Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Able to work independently and as part of a team

Assets (Preferred but Not Required)

Experience facilitating group therapy Supervisory or clinical supervision experience Experience working with children, couples, families, or older adults Experience working with diverse populations and demonstrated cultural competency
