Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our team in a fast-paced family entertainment environment. We offer 6 lanes of 5-Pin bowling, 3 state of the art indoor golf simulators as well as a coin operated arcade. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring efficient time management, computer as well as mechanical skills.

Duties

Maintain scheduled appointments while interacting with customers. Operate the POS system, bowling scoring system and indoor golf simulator app. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter area, bowling players area and golf simulators. Ensure compliance with a valid Smart Serve Certificate. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Able to troubleshoot any mechanical issues with equipment.

Experience

Previous experience in serving alcohol. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices. Experience with cashiering and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Mechanically inclined. Computer knowledge
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 40 per week
