Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Provide support in training new staff members on food handling procedures and customer service protocols.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in food service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Experience in food preparation and handling, adhering to safety standards. Barista experience is a plus, particularly for those interested in coffee service.
