Collaborate with clients, lawyers, associated professionals such as accountants, and other team members to ensure smooth and successful transactions;
Utilize advanced corporate management software to prepare and manage complex corporate transactions and corporate record-keeping;
Maintain and manage reminder systems, closing agendas, minute books, files, and multiple communication technologies;
Provide corporate clerical support for the purchase and sale of businesses, including professional corporations.
Required Experience
Education: Law Clerk Diploma from an accredited college is strongly preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate and/or Commercial Transactions Clerk
Technical Skills: Proficiency in generic corporate management software and online corporate filings is essential. Experience with Appara corporation management software and Clio practice management applications is an asset

Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, outgoing disposition
Proficiency with office productivity applications such as word processing and email management; familiarity with spreadsheets is an asset

Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while also thriving as part of a collaborative team

Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
