We need you to be able not only to multi-task, but also to prioritize, be organized and take initiative. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working in a very fast-paced environment, with numerous tasks that will make the days fly by. We hope you\xe2\x80\x99re ready and willing to learn and roll up your sleeves to get things done!

What will you do?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

  • We need you to make sure our office supplies, boardrooms and kitchens are always fully stocked and looking perfect
  • Become first point of contact for our local vendors to optimize services and ensure we have the right supplies
  • Continuously communicate with your team to understand the status of tasks and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain the physical organization of all office areas by keeping a tidy and uncluttered environment throughout the office
  • Follow all on-boarding processes in place to ensure a great experience to all of our new employees
  • Assist with internal office moves, re-arranging furniture, and adjust workstations as requested
  • Get involved with set up and tear down of our spaces for special events
  • You are willing and eager to understand all the components of how our team works, so you will be familiar and able to be a back-up for our mailroom and reception functions
  • After quickly learning your regular routine and on-going tasks, you will want to learn more and take on more responsibilities
  • There\xe2\x80\x99s always something going on at Dream! We like special projects and tasks and we hope you do too!
What type of experience and skills do you have?

These are only some of the things we\xe2\x80\x99d like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet:
  • We would love for you to have strong Customer Service experience and are definitely comfortable with technology
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • You are very comfortable using tools and are naturally \xe2\x80\x9chandy\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Understanding or previous experience with reception would be great, but we can train you
  • Excellent attitude, great positive outlook, strong initiative, and a keen eye for detail with solid time management and communication skills are some key skills to success in this role
