dynamique, organise(e) et oriente(e) vers le client pour joindre notre equipe du Service. Ce role vise a offrir une experience haut de gamme a chaque visiteur qui franchit nos portes, fidele a l'esprit Porsche.
Responsabilites principales
Planification et coordination des rendez-vous
Gerer et planifier les rendez-vous de service avec precision et efficacite
Communiquer avec les clients concernant les details de reservation, l'avancement des travaux et les suivis
Gestion de la flotte de vehicules de courtoisie
Superviser l'allocation quotidienne, les retours, les inspections et la proprete des vehicules de courtoisie
Coordonner avec l'equipe du service afin d'assurer une circulation fluide et la disponibilite des vehicules
Conciergerie et operations de courtoisie
Offrir un soutien accru aux clients necessitant une attention particuliere
Participer a la preparation, au suivi et a la documentation des dossiers de courtoisie
Reception et accueil des invites
Accueillir les clients au departement du service avec professionnalisme et chaleur
Diriger les invites vers le conseiller approprie ou la salle d'attente
Gerer les appels entrants et repondre aux demandes generales
Soutien general
Collaborer avec les conseillers techniques, les techniciens et la direction pour assurer un flux de travail harmonieux
Effectuer diverses taches administratives liees aux operations du service
Apporter son aide a d'autres taches du concessionnaire au besoin
Profil recherche
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service a la clientele
Grande organisation, souci du detail et sens de l'initiative
Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches dans un environnement dynamique
Attitude positive et passion pour l'experience client exceptionnelle
Experience dans l'automobile ou l'hotellerie de luxe, un atout

Customer Service Coordinator / Concierge

Key Responsibilities
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
Manage and schedule service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Communicate with clients regarding booking details, service status, and follow-ups
Loaner Vehicle Fleet Management
Oversee daily loaner vehicle allocation, returns, inspections, and cleanliness
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth vehicle flow and availability
Customer Concierge & Goodwill Operations
Support clients with elevated care when special attention is required
Assist with goodwill case preparation, follow-ups, and documentation
Reception & Guest Greeting
Welcome clients to the Service Department with professionalism and hospitality
Direct guests to the appropriate advisor or waiting area
Manage incoming calls and assist with general inquiries
General Support Functions
Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and management to maintain a seamless workflow
Perform administrative tasks related to service operations
Assist with other dealership tasks as needed
