La responsabilite principale du Coordonnateur(trice) de propriete consistera a assister le gestionnaire de propriete dans la supervision des activites quotidiennes des centres commerciaux, ainsi que des taches administratives afferentes. Le titulaire du poste devra egalement effectuer les taches suivantes:
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
S'assurer que des relations d'affaires de haute qualite soient entretenues avec les differents representants administratifs des locataires bureaux, les detaillant ainsi que les differents services a l'interne;
Effectuer regulierement des tournees des proprietes afin de s'assurer que tout est en ordre et faire le lien entre les differents membres de l'equipe lors de situations particulieres;
Maintenir a jour les reglements d'usage des aires communes et en assurer le respect par les locataires;
Proceder a la verification, au respect et au suivi des obligations contractuelles, des differentes clauses des baux, des regles et des procedures de l'immeuble;
Superviser et coordonner les activites de depart et d'arrivee des locataires : utilisation des ascenseurs, carte d'acces, cles, stationnement, s'assurer que les locaux sont liberes selon les conditions prevues au bail. Informer tous les intervenants concernes;
Voir a la supervision, au developpement et a la formation du personnel sous sa responsabilite. Effectuer les evaluations de performance annuelles et assurer le suivi des objectifs fixes, des plans de developpement de carriere;
Collaborer avec l'equipe de location temporaire (arrivees/departs, respect de l'entente contractuelle etc.) afin d'assurer le respect de la vision et l'image de marque de la propriete;
Assurer le supervision de l'equipe du Service a la clientele, de la mise en place et le respect des standards de l'entreprise au niveau de la prestation des services;
Coordonner la gestion des plaintes et regler toutes situations problematiques afin d'assurer la satisfaction de la clientele;
Participer aux mesures d'urgence de l'edifice a titre de membre de la brigade;
Negocier et gerer les demandes de location d'entreposage des locataires;
Negocier et gerer les demandes de location des OSBL;
Assurer les liaisons avec les locataires et les entrepreneurs en ce qui concerne l'acces a la propriete en dehors des heures d'ouverture;
Administrer les derogations aux regles et les demandes d'information des locataires;
Effectuer le rapport mensuel d'occupation des proprietes ;
Collecter et saisir les informations necessaires a l'elaboration des rapports trimestriels des differentes proprietes.
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Diplome universitaire, de preference, en administration;
Un minimum de 2 a 3 ans d'experience dans un poste pertinent;
Experience dans le domaine de l'immobilier commercial, un atout;
Competences exceptionnelles en gestion, en leadership, en communications et en service a la clientele;
Solides connaissances en informatique (Word et Excel);
Gestion efficace des priorites multiples;
Esprit d'equipe et desir marque d'amelioration continue de la qualite;
Entregent, dynamisme, organisation, autonomie;
Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (a l'oral comme a l'ecrit).

The primary responsibility of the Property Coordinator will be to assist the Property Manager in supervising the day-to-day operations of the shopping centres, as well as the related administrative tasks. The incumbent will also be responsible for the duties listed below:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Ensure that high-quality business relationships are maintained with the various administrative representatives of the tenant offices, retailers and various internal services;
Regularly tour the properties to ensure that everything is in order and to make the link between the different members of the team during particular situations;
Maintain up-to-date common area use regulations and ensure compliance by tenants;
Verify, comply with and monitor contractual obligations, various clauses of leases, rules and procedures of the building;
Supervise and coordinate the departure and arrival activities of the tenants: use of elevators, access card, keys, parking, ensure that the premises are vacated according to the conditions provided for in the lease and coordinate with marketing the installation of palisades. Inform all relevant stakeholders;
Oversee the supervision, development and training of the staff under his/her responsibility. Carry out annual performance evaluations and monitor objectives set, career development plans;
Collaborate with the specialty leasing team (arrivals/departures, compliance with the contractual agreement, etc.) to ensure the vision and brand image of the property is respected;
Oversee the Customer Service team, the implementation and compliance with the company's standards in terms of service delivery;
Coordinate the management of complaints and resolve any problematic situations to ensure customer satisfaction;
Participate in the emergency measures of the building as a member of the brigade;
Negotiate and manage tenants' storage rental requests;
Liaise with tenants and contractors regarding access to property outside of business hours;
Administer rule breaks and tenants' requests for information;
Perform the monthly property occupancy report;
Collect and input necessary information for the preparation of quarterly property reports.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
University degree, preferably in administration;
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant position;
Experience in the field of commercial real estate, an asset;
Exceptional management, leadership, communications and customer service skills;
Strong computer skills (Word and Excel);
Effective management of multiple priorities;
Team spirit and a strong desire for continuous quality improvement;
Interpersonal skills, dynamism, organization, autonomy;
Fluency in French and English (both oral and written).
