Relevant directement du Chef de marque Cafe Depot, le Coordonnateur(trice) de marque est responsable d'effectuer une grande variete de taches administratives et de coordonner la mise en oeuvre et la communication aupres des franchises.

A quoi vous attendre:



O?rir un soutien administratif a l'equipe et au Chef de marque Assurer la coordination des communications avec les franchises (ajustements, promotions, etc.) via courriels et messages textes Gerer les plaintes clients via nos differentes plateformes Creer des outils marketing envoyes aux franchises incluant les guides promotionnels Coordonner la communication quotidienne entre les divers departements Tenir a jour les differents documents de suivi d'operation incluant les manuels d'employes E?ectuer diverses taches administratives comme la gestion de reunions, comptes depenses ou envois de cartes-cadeaux E?ectuer toute autre tache connexe a la demande de la direction

Ce qui vous distingue:



Posseder un diplome en bureautique ou toute autre formation pertinente a la coordination du travail de bureau Minimum de 2 ans d'experience comme coordonnateur et/ou adjoint a la direction Experience en operations ou restauration, un atout Excellent sens du service a la clientele (a l'interne et a l'externe) Fortes competences en communications et relations interpersonnelles Capacite a etre performant en equipe Excellente maitrise de la Suite Office, facilite a utiliser Excel Faire preuve d'enthousiasme, de discretion et avoir une attitude positive professionnelle Posseder un souci prononce du detail et des qualites exceptionnelles en organisation, en communication et en gestion des priorites Debrouillardise, polyvalence, ?exibilite et capacite d'adaptation au changement Bilingue (francais, anglais) et facilite pour la traduction de documents

Reporting directly to the Cafe Depot V.P. and Director of OPS, the Brand Coordinator is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative tasks and coordinating implementation and communication with franchisees.

What to expect:



Provide administrative support to the team and the Vice-President Ensure coordination of communications with franchisees via emails and text messages Manage and support franchisees under your supervision Coordinate daily communication between various departments Maintain the various operations documents including operational manuals and POS menu updates Perform various administrative tasks such as managing data from promotions, food costs, sales analysis Perform any other related tasks as requested by management
