Responsabilites:



Etre la personne de reference pour toutes les arrivees dans le batiment, en accueillant les visiteurs avec amabilite et bienveillance. Delivrer des laissez-passer et des places de stationnement, tout en respectant les protocoles de securite.
Offrir la meilleure impression possible aux visiteurs en repondant au telephone de maniere professionnelle. Creer des presentations et s'adresser a des groupes de tailles variees.
Organiser et confirmer des activites recreatives, gastronomiques et professionnelles au nom du demandeur.
Gerer les bons de travail pour la conciergerie ou l'entretien, le cas echeant. Coordonner et executer les services sur le lieu de travail, y compris la gestion du courrier, des fournitures de bureau, le reapprovisionnement, ainsi que le nettoyage des cuisines et des zones de restauration, et l'accueil des nouveaux arrivants.
Accueillir les demandes ou plaintes du personnel, des invites et des collegues, en apportant des solutions dans un cadre de service a la clientele professionnel.
Organiser et gerer des evenements sur place, en securisant les espaces evenementiels, en montant et demontant les salles, et en livrant les fournitures necessaires.
Respecter les procedures de securite et d'urgence de l'etablissement, en prevenant les parties concernees pour assurer la securite de tous dans le batiment.
Assurer la coordination avec les fournisseurs de services ou de biens sur le lieu de travail.
Expliquer des informations detaillees et complexes au sein de l'equipe, tout en suivant les instructions specifiques donnees par le gestionnaire.
Effectuer des taches clairement definies; les methodes et les taches sont tres bien detaillees. Appliquer les procedures existantes pour resoudre de front les problemes tout en ayant la possibilite d'exercer son pouvoir discretionnaire.

About the Role:


As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.


This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You'll Do:

First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups. Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding. Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner. Organize and manage on-site events. This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies. Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace. Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team. Follow specific directions as given by the manager. Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Bilinguisme requis (francais/anglais). + Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et du francais est requise car ce role necessite une communication reguliere en anglais et en francais avec les clients et le personnel situes dans toutes les provinces Canadiennes et aux Etats-Unis.

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou d'equivalence d'etudes secondaires (GED) et jusqu'a deux ans d'experience professionnelle liee avec l'emploi. Capacite a suivre les regles et les normes de travail de base dans le cadre de ses fonctions. Competences en communication pour transmettre des informations de maniere efficace. Connaissance pratique des produits Microsoft Office. Par exemple, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Competences organisationnelles avancees et esprit de curiosite.

What You'll Need:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bilingual - Must be proficient in English and French
+ + A good knowledge of English and French is required as this role requires regular communication in English and French with clients and staff located in all Canadian provinces and the United States

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
