Ce poste de developpement offre une porte d'entree unique au coeur strategique de notre division Sante Animale Canada. En tant que contributeur cle a la conformite et au soutien executif, vous jouerez un role essentiel dans la preservation de l'integrite organisationnelle et la creation de valeur strategique pour nos parties prenantes. En soutenant a la fois le Directeur Excellence Operationnelle & Conformite et le Directeur General, vous beneficierez d'une exposition directe a la prise de decision de haut niveau, a la planification strategique et a l'execution operationnelle--vous positionnant ainsi pour de futures opportunites de leadership au sein de l'organisation.

Ce que vous ferez:



Promouvoir la traduction des politiques mondiales et divisionnaires en pratiques concretes et adaptees localement, garantissant une conformite a la fois pratique et strategiquement alignee. Diriger des initiatives visant a renforcer la sensibilisation a la conformite et a favoriser l'amelioration continue grace a des audits internes cibles, des programmes de formation et le developpement de tableaux de bord sur l'etat de conformite des politiques cles. Fournir un soutien administratif de niveau executif au Directeur General, notamment la gestion des deplacements, l'organisation des reunions de l'equipe de direction et la coordination d'evenements strategiques tels que les bilans annuels. Collaborer avec les equipes, en offrant un soutien administratif flexible lors des periodes de forte activite, tout en acquerant une experience pratique dans diverses fonctions de l'entreprise.

Exigences:



Diplome technique ou universitaire souhaite. 2 a 5 ans d'experience en soutien administratif executif, operations commerciales, conformite ou gestion de projets. Une experience prealable en sante animale, en pharmaceutique ou en environnement reglemente est un atout. Maitrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook) indispensable. Connaissance de SAP est un atout La maitrise du francais est requise

As a key contributor to compliance and executive support, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding organizational integrity and driving strategic value for our stakeholders. Supporting both the Operational Excellence & Compliance Director and the General Manager, you will gain direct exposure to high-level decision-making, strategic planning, and operational execution--positioning yourself for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

What you will do:



Champion the translation of global and divisional policies into actionable, locally relevant practices, ensuring compliance is both practical and strategically aligned. Lead initiatives to build compliance awareness and drive continuous improvement through targeted internal audits, training programs, and the development of health status dashboards for key policies. Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager, including managing travel, organizing Leadership Team meetings, and coordinating strategic business events such as annual reviews. Collaborate across teams, offering flexible administrative support during peak periods, and gaining hands-on experience in diverse business functions.

Requirements:



Technical or university degree preferred. 2-5 years' experience in executive administrative support, sales operations, business compliance, and/or project management. Prior experience in animal health, pharmaceuticals, or regulated environments is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook) is essential. Knowledge of SAP is an asset. Fluency in French is required
