Coordonnateur a la logistique d'outillage

Departement : Outillage - Aeronautique

Mission du poste

Assurer la gestion complete des commandes d'outillage sur mesure pour la fabrication, l'assemblage et la maintenance de moteurs d'aeronefs. Le coordonnateur agit comme pivot entre les clients internes, les fournisseurs externes et les equipes techniques, en traduisant les besoins en instructions claires, en estimant les couts et delais, et en supervisant la logistique de bout en bout.

Responsabilites principales

Interpreter les demandes clients (nouvelles commandes, revisions, reparations) et en definir les parametres techniques et logistiques. Evaluer les dessins techniques et specifications pour estimer les couts et les delais de fabrication ou de modification. Rediger des instructions de travail claires et exploitables pour les fournisseurs externes. Selectionner les sources de fabrication appropriees selon les exigences techniques, les delais et les couts. Coordonner les envois et retours d'outillage entre les fournisseurs et les clients internes. Assurer le suivi des travaux dans les systemes de gestion (MRP/ERP) et documenter les etapes cles. Collaborer etroitement avec l'atelier de fabrication pour resoudre les enjeux techniques et operationnels. Participer activement aux initiatives du departement et contribuer a l'amelioration continue des processus.

Profil recherche

Formation technique collegiale

(DEC en genie mecanique, fabrication ou equivalent) avec

5 ans d'experience

, ou

baccalaureat

avec

2 a 4 ans d'experience

pertinente. Maitrise de la lecture de dessins techniques et comprehension approfondie des procedes de fabrication d'outillage durable. Capacite a estimer les couts et delais a partir de specifications parfois incompletes ou imprecises. Experience en gestion de fournisseurs et en coordination logistique. Sens de l'autonomie, rigueur technique et capacite a naviguer dans des environnements multidisciplinaires. DOIT ETRE PARFAITEMENT BILINGUE, FRANCAIS ET ANGLAIS

Tooling Logistics Coordinator

Department: Tooling - Aerospace

Role Overview

Oversee the end-to-end management of custom tooling orders for the manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of aircraft engines. The coordinator acts as the central link between internal clients, external suppliers, and technical teams--translating needs into clear instructions, estimating costs and lead times, and managing logistics from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret client requests (new tools, revisions, repairs) and define the technical and logistical scope of work. Analyze technical drawings and specifications to estimate manufacturing or modification costs and timelines. Draft clear, actionable work instructions for external suppliers. Select appropriate manufacturing sources based on technical requirements, deadlines, and cost. Coordinate the shipment and return of tooling between suppliers and internal clients. Track work progress in management systems (MRP/ERP) and document key milestones. Collaborate closely with the in-house shop to resolve technical and operational issues. Actively participate in departmental initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Candidate Profile

Technical college diploma (e.g., mechanical engineering, manufacturing) with 5 years of experience, or bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong ability to read technical drawings and deep understanding of durable tooling manufacturing processes. Skilled at estimating costs and timelines from partial or imprecise specifications. Experience managing suppliers and coordinating logistics. Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written). Autonomous, technically rigorous, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary environments. MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL, ENGLISH AND FRENCH
