  • Recueillir les donn\xc3\xa9es de vente de tous les partenaires et les consolider dans un format utilisable standard.
  • Diriger la relation de tarification et de mise en liste des produits avec notre partenaire logistique, GFS.
  • Tenir \xc3\xa0 jour divers suiveurs et bases de donn\xc3\xa9es, y compris Information database et Monday.com. Assurer des enregistrements pr\xc3\xa9cis et \xc3\xa0 jour pour le d\xc3\xa9partement.

  • Time-sensitive coordination and communication of quarterly product lists and pricing for the team.
  • Ongoing maintenance of partner price lists and product lists.
  • Ensuring all Partners\' product listing requirements are met and communicated to the partner on time.
  • Collecting sales data from all partners and consolidating it into a standard usable format
  • Leads the pricing and product listing relationship with our logistics partner, GFS.
  • Maintains various trackers and databases Information database and Monday.com. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for the department.
  • Administrative tasks related to Commercial Leasing, Construction, and Franchising including:
  • Store life cycle (preapproval, approval, store creation, announcements, etc.)
  • With the assistance of the team, negotiate, draft, review and amend commercial leases and lease documents, sublease agreements, lease surrenders and renewals.
  • Site, selection, identification, market identification, PiinPoint analysis and other tasks as assigned.
  • Providing demographic studies as requested
  • Support the construction team with project coordination.
  • Communicate with and provide information to Franchise and Non-Traditional Partners to on lease situations and business terms.
  • Enhance real estate, construction and development processes where possible to facilitate workflow and keep all parties informed.
Requirements

EXIGENCES Exp\xc3\xa9rience, \xc3\x89ducation et D\xc3\xa9signations :
  • 3+ ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pr\xc3\xa9c\xc3\xa9dente dans un r\xc3\xb4le de d\xc3\xa9veloppement avec une exp\xc3\xa9rience sp\xc3\xa9cifique en location commerciale, en construction, et en non traditionnel est pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rable.
  • Exposition au droit immobilier et \xc3\xa0 la franchise est consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec Piin et Monday.com est consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout.
  • Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences techniques en utilisant MS Office.

Experience, Education, and Designations:
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a development role with specific experience in commercial leasing, construction, and non-traditional is preferred.
  • Exposure to Real Estate law and Franchising is considered an asset
  • Experience with Piin and Monday.com is considered an asset
  • Strong technical skills using MS Office
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
  • Fluent in both English and French (Bilingual)
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Extremely organized and diligent with follow-up and detail
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask.
  • Flexible, team player that is service oriented and shows a willingness to help internal team members, as well as Franchise Partners
