A propos du poste :
Le coordonnateur des ressources humaines est responsable de participer et de soutenir divers programmes et initiatives de RH, y compris le recrutement complet, l'integration, les personnes et la culture, la connaissance des politiques et de la legislation, et tous les aspects des taches administratives. Ce poste exige les competences suivantes :
Relations avec les employes - premier point de contact pour toutes les demandes de renseignements des employes.
S'associer, etablir et maintenir une solide relation de travail avec tous les employes et la direction; en tant que conseiller de reference pour tous les besoins administratifs des ressources humaines.
Recrutement a cycle complet (c.-a-d. attirage, salons de l'emploi, preparation et affichage d'offres d'emploi, entrevue, verification des references, preparation d'offres d'emploi, integration et depart)
Coordonner et organiser les activites administratives du service des RH (c.-a-d. la tenue des dossiers des employes, l'utilisation du systeme SIRH, la preparation des rapports, etc.)
Fournir un soutien administratif dans la recherche et l'enquete sur les normes de la LNE et du MTR afin de mettre a jour les politiques et les pratiques actuelles.
Coordonner, planifier les programmes de formation internes et externes et s'assurer que tous les documents necessaires sont conserves et classes au besoin.
Aider a l'administration du processus d'evaluation du rendement.
Fournir des commentaires et des suggestions sur l'amelioration continue pour le service des ressources humaines, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les politiques, les procedures et les processus.
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec la paie et la sante et la securite, au besoin.
Planifiez et organisez des evenements et des reunions avec les employes.
Participer et fournir un soutien administratif avec des projets speciaux en RH.

A propos de vous :
Le candidat retenu doit etre pret a apprendre, capable de travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe, soucieux du detail, tres respectueux de la confidentialite, et doit avoir une attitude positive et la capacite d'etablir et de maintenir une bonne relation de travail, ainsi que les qualifications suivantes :
Diplome ou grade en gestion des ressources humaines ou en administration des affaires - Les ressources humaines sont preferables.
Experience anterieure des ressources humaines dans un role administratif, de coordonnateur ou de recrutement; de preference avec une experience anterieure dans le recrutement de main-d'oeuvre qualifiee.
Travailler a l'obtention du titre de PRCS est un atout
Solides competences en informatique avec les applications MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Experience et connaissance pratique des systemes SIRH.
Solides competences en communication ecrite et orale
Excellentes competences organisationnelles et capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois.
Peut parler couramment l'anglais et le francais afin de coordonner les activites entre nos succursales de l'Ontario.

Coordinate and organize the administrative activities of HR department (i.e. employee file maintenance, utilize HRIS system, prepare reports, etc.)
Provide administrative support researching and investigating ESA and MOL standards to update current policies and practices.
Coordinate, schedule internal and external training programs as well as ensure all necessary documentation is maintained and filed as required.
Assist in the administration of the performance review process.

Work closely with Payroll and Health & Safety as required.
