As an integral member of the Four Seasons Residential Marketing team, the Coordinator, Residential Marketing will be based out of Four Seasons global headquarters in Toronto, reporting to the Manager, Residential & Development Marketing.
This role will support global-level initiatives designed to enhance the profile and positioning of the residential business, expand awareness of ownership opportunities and increase value proposition for Development Partners and Private Residence Owners.
Key Activities:
Brand, Content & Communications
Execute and support on multi-channel global marketing strategy, across owned, earned and paid channels, including CRM, Print, Digital, Social, PR/Media, Events and Paid Media.
Support Manager and Director with day-to-day brand management of select projects in active sales; reviewing and approving marketing collaterals, and on-going support as required.
Development of tools and presentations to support residential and development team.
Management of residential photo and video assets.
Digital Project Management
Maintenance of residential content on owned digital channels; FS.com, Global Real Estate Portfolio, Residential Brand Hub.
Support website analysis and optimizations to achieve targeted KPIs
Support Residential Digital App needs; providing guidance on content approach, ensure content is aligned to brand standards, support creation of marketing collateral to drive technology adoption and training.
Data & Analytics
Support Manager and Director on data and insights initiatives that inform marketing strategy and approach.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Strong luxury brand aesthetic, with the ability to quickly embrace and enforce brand guidelines
Ability to create strong presentations, with a keen attention to detail
Highly results oriented with experience delivering and reporting on results
computer skills in a PC or MAC environment including:
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Photoshop and InDesign are an asset
Content Management Systems
Adept at learning new applications
Education and Experience:
College or University degree, preferably in a business, marketing, communications or creative program
A minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in a marketing, communications or agency function
